About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to support our commercial operational readiness activities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing consistent contract administration processes and actively managing transactional aspects of contract management.
Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless execution of contracts, maintaining robust records management, and facilitating contract approvals in line with our Delegation of Authority.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract information
* Prepare and review contract documentation, including notices and confidentiality agreements
* Support procurement activities, including sourcing new service providers
* Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Operations team to provide advice on contract status
You will work closely with our Commercial Manager and Operations team to deliver effective business outcomes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in contract administration, ideally related to infrastructure or similar projects
* Strong records management skills and attention to detail
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
