About the Role
As our Logistics Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the daily operations, helping to ensure smooth dispatch, delivery, and stock coordination. This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Early starts may be required—punctuality and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver catering orders to clients around Perth
* Assist with packing, collating, and dispatching daily orders
* Conduct quality checks before dispatch
* Help plan efficient delivery routes
* Support stock organisation and regular packaging stocktakes
* Maintain clean and tidy logistics and vehicle areas
* Prepare packaging materials and delivery gear (e.g., crates, hot bags)
* Assist the Dispatch & Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks
* Provide occasional support to the kitchen team when needed
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in logistics, catering, hospitality, or delivery‑based roles
* Strong multitasking and time management skills
* Detail‑oriented and organised
* Great communication and problem‑solving ability
* Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving catering gear
* Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
* Full, clean driver's licence (essential)
* Own transport (preferred)
* Police clearance (preferred)
