Our client, a leading infrastructure contractor delivering major rail and transport projects across Australia, is seeking experienced Advanced Rail Workers to join their growing team in Western Australia.
About The Role
You will be working on long-term rail infrastructure projects across WA, contributing to the construction, maintenance and operation of rail networks. This role is suited to individuals with strong safety awareness, hands-on experience and a proactive approach to teamwork.
This is a full-time position based in Henderson, WA, with occasional night shifts and weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
Perform rail track construction, maintenance and repair work Operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner Follow rail safety procedures and site protocols Work collaboratively within a team environment Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity Support project delivery across various rail networks
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar rail or track worker role Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure (Certificate III preferred) Valid White Card and C Class Driver’s Licence Strong understanding of rail safety practices Machine operating experience (desirable) AT Welding Ticket highly regarded ARC and PTA competencies preferred but not essential Full working rights in Australia
