We're looking for a confident, organised and hospitality-loving Reservations & Events Assistant to join our team.
This role is all about supporting our Sales & Events team to deliver exceptional event planning and seamless client care. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests — taking phone reservations, helping plan and coordinate events, and making sure every detail is considered and communicated.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Taking and managing reservations via phone and email with warmth and professionalism
* Assisting the Sales Team with event planning and execution
* Preparing event documentation, managing client communications, and tracking event timelines
* Liaising with venue managers and suppliers to ensure every event runs smoothly
* Maintaining accurate admin and CRM updates across all bookings
* Supporting the team to deliver standout guest experiences from first contact to post-event follow-up

This is a part-time/casual role based across our venues and head office. Tuesday to Friday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
