Job Description

What will you do?
* Manage scheduling, repair/after-service quotes, and technical support
* Train and mentor crane technicians
* Attend site visits and oversee workshop operations
* Review service reports and ensure quality and safety standards
* Ensure OH&S compliance and participate in toolbox meetings
* Back up the Service Manager and assist with operational tasks
What will you need?
* Electrical / Mechanical background with proven crane experience
* Supervisory or senior technician experience
* Strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Full Australian working rights without the need for sponsorship
