Position Overview:
Mission Australia is seeking a skilled professional to support clients with complex needs in achieving positive outcomes.
1. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, manage a complex caseload, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
2. Support client transitions to independence or other services, building capacity for self-management; provide outreach where required.

1. * Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, community services, psychology or similar;

2. * Demonstrated experience delivering case management to clients with complex needs;
- ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client groups;
- capacity to engage and motivate clients towards meaningful change.
