Plus SuperJob DescriptionAbout the RoleBlackbird is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to craft and tell the story of Blackbird, its portfolio, and community across various media platforms.Key responsibilities include:Managing all earned media activities for Blackbird, including handling media requests and executing proactive campaigns for major announcements like the Sunrise festival.Supporting portfolio companies with media advice, connections, and guidance for key announcements.Overseeing Blackbird's owned media, such as producing the Wild Hearts podcast, managing the website, blog, and social media content.Collaborating on corporate communications with teams like People & Culture and Investor Relations for internal and investment communications.Developing and enhancing communication skills within Blackbird through resources, training, coaching, and cross-functional capabilities.This fast-paced role requires versatility and a passion for startups, storytelling, and supporting others to share their stories.
