**We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as the Service Manager for our Child, Youth and Family Services site, "Intercept," in Caboolture. As our Service Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the delivery of high-quality programs and services. Your primary responsibilities will include building strategic relationships with stakeholders, driving the successful implementation of Child, Youth & Family Service initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position also requires a strong focus on program excellence, budget management, and contributing to the overall organisational priorities.
