Administrative Officer
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in a front counter position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phones and student absences, using Consent Manager, processing excursion payments and rolls, preparing WAAPS documents, overseeing visitor and contractor sign-ins, managing late and early student sign-ins and sign-outs, maintaining the volunteer register and Blue Card records, coordinating facility hire agreements, and completing other daily administrative tasks as required.
This is a part-time, temporary position with 12 hours per week, rostered on Thursdays and Fridays, until 10 July 2026, unless otherwise determined.
Job Requirements
* Assist with human resources tasks for school support staff, including printing of timesheets, leave applications and rosters.
* Administer day-to-day financial matters, process payments and orders, receipting, banking, reconciling invoices for payment, follow-up on late payments as directed by the Principal or Business Manager.
* Organise school maintenance and safety inspections, assist with the operation and control of school hire schemes, arrange bookings for community use of school facilities, undertake stock-takes of school plant and equipment.
