The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and providing exceptional care to our canine guests. As a leader in the organisation, you will embody our core values of transparency, trust, and care.
The role is a full-time, permanent position with varying hours between 7:15am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working in the day-to-day operations of the facility
* Liaising with customers, answering enquiries, and managing bookings
* Delivering a high level of customer service and quality of care
* Leading, motivating, and coaching a high-performing team
* Maintaining social media presence and fielding enquiries
* Staff training and guidance, in line with company policy
* Responsibility for acting on and investigating any animal health concerns
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience handling various temperaments of dogs
- Competence with computer systems
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service
- Passion for problem-solving and high attention to detail
- A can-do attitude, initiative to get extra work done
- Quick learner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure
- Great time management and commitment to deliver quality work output
Key Requirements:
* Must have experience in leadership
* Paid experience working with dogs will be looked upon favourably
* Able to demonstrate ability to socialise dogs of all breeds
* Certificate II in Animal Studies will be looked upon favourably
