This service is waiting for an innovative and inspiring Assistant Director to take the lead in establishing a team of educators and supporting the Centre Director in creating a fantastic community-based childcare service.

With extracurricular activities and large open play spaces, this service will exceed traditional childcare expectations and achieve high standards.
This service will cater to 45 children and their families in the heart of Balcatta.
**The Role**:
As the Assistant Director, you will be taking on a multi-faceted role that sees you fulfilling higher administration duties as directed by the Centre Director. You will be supporting the Centre Director in the management of the service; this includes but is not limited to the following:
- Administration duties
- Staff meeting management
- Performance management
- Event organisation
- Accounts management
- Customer service
- Stakeholder liaison
- QIP development

**About You**:
Able to hit the ground running, you can tackle challenges with a positive outlook and use your considerable experience to build beneficial relationships with staff, families and management. You will need to be flexible and innovative with an ability to solve problems facing the daily challenges of childcare services.
**Requirements**:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA recognised equivalent or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum three years of experience as a Room Leader in a childcare service
- Working with Children Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- National Police Clearance
- HLTAID004 First Aid
