We are seeking a motivated and experienced contract Healthcare Recruiter with a proven track record in providing contract recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the healthcare niche, including Hospitals, Rural & Remote, Mental Health, or Aged Care.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end contract recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant nurses for our client's contract staffing requirements.
* Establish a proactive, professional, and long-lasting relationships with all existing and new candidates and clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently.
* Develop candidate acquisition strategies to maximise attracting the required quantity and quality of candidates through direct sourcing channels, advertising, headhunting, candidate referrals, and networking opportunities.
* Research and immerse yourself into your healthcare niche – be it Hospitals, Rural & Remote, Mental Health, or Aged Care. You will be a knowledge expert in your field.
* Client and business development across existing, lapsed, and prospect public and private clientele.
* Partner with candidates and clients to understand their needs.
* Maintain a recruitment service that is second to none for all stakeholders.

* Experienced in providing full contract 360 recruitment solutions.

* A proactive person who prides themselves on finding solutions.
* An outstanding communicator – both verbal and written.

* Able to work in Australia with no work restrictions, with full working eligibility – Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Defacto, or eligible for sponsorship.
