After completing necessary training and inductions, you'll go into the field to develop practical skills fundamental to our technical work.
You'll have access to senior technical staff for guidance and will be exposed to the full project lifecycle, preparing you for a career from day one.
Unlike larger organizations, you'll not be siloed or assigned low-responsibility tasks initially.
Instead, you'll learn technical, practical, and project-related skills, with the expectation that within 3-4 years, you'll be capable of managing and running projects independently.Our Adelaide office has been busy over the past 18 months with various local and wider SA projects.

A typical day involves site visits for manual field work and testing, such as logging rock and soil boreholes, conducting hand augers, or observing machine-excavated test pits.
On construction sites, activities include supervising piling, retaining walls, or ground improvement works.If based in the office, you would process logs and soil samples, write technical reports, and assist project managers with deliverables.Our projects are diverse across countries and offices.
