Overview
Entry Level Executive Assistant – 12-month parental leave coverage. Based in Meanjin – Brisbane. Roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours; please speak with us about potential options.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Strategically organize and manage complex diaries, including travel and accommodation
* Expense processing, adhering to firm deadlines
* Meeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservations
Skills and Attributes For Success
* A minimum of 2 years\' work experience as an administrative or team assistant, who is looking for the next step to becoming an executive assistant
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* A decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams with sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
* High motivation and the ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholder expectations
Additional Qualifications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confidence with dealing with all different types of stakeholders
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites and practical experience with technology and software associated with travel bookings, expense processing, customer management and workflow
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and leading projects to successful completion
