Responsibilities
* Prepare nutritious and appetising meals for patients, staff, doctors, the café, and hospital functions.
* Uphold food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
* Support daily kitchen operations including ordering, stock rotation, and food safety compliance.
* Work collaboratively in a busy team environment, reporting to the Executive Chef.
What You Will Bring
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential).
* Strong understanding of food hygiene and OH&S standards.
* Proven experience in hotels or cook to order, ala carte food style.
* Ability to manage high-volume workflows with strong organisation skills.
* Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available).

Requirements
* Everyone who joins Ramsay:
o Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
o According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
