Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in retail management, with a background as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching your team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Business acumen with a track record of driving sales and achieving targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a keen attention to detail. A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
