Key responsibilities include leading recruiting operations, driving hiring cycles, building talent pipelines, managing onboarding and employee recordkeeping, executing compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and maintaining HR systems.
* Recruiting Operations: Develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage content creation, scheduling, pipeline tracking, and interview coordination to drive a fast-paced hiring environment.
* Hiring Cycles: Set KPIs, screen candidates, and improve processes to ensure timely and efficient hiring procedures.
* Talent Pipelines: Source, engage with universities, participate in events, leverage referrals, and develop intern programs to establish long-term talent pipelines.
* Employee Management: Oversee onboarding, offer letters, HR documentation, and employee recordkeeping while ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Workforce Planning: Execute compensation benchmarking, role leveling framework development, and strategic workforce planning to support company growth.
* HR Systems: Maintain, scale, and enhance HR systems, policies, and practices to resolve employee inquiries efficiently.
