About the role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, we are seeking a team-player to join us on a 6 month basis, with a 3-4 day working week (24-28 hours per week). With the key focus on recruitment, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting talent to support the workforce plan. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the development of our people.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
* Screen and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates that align with our requirements.
* Conduct interviews, reference checks, and other pre-employment assessments.
* Support international recruitment and relocations.
* Coordinate onboarding requirements, inductions and compliance documentation.
* Coordinate and track mandatory training bookings and requirements.
* Maintain employee records and ensure ongoing compliance.
* Provide administrative support across HR where required.

* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Qualifications in HR is desirable.
* Customer-centric approach to the work.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
