Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead our design teams on major energy infrastructure projects.
* Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality technical projects on time, ensuring alignment and integration of design solutions with clients, internal and external teams, and construction.
* Monitor and control design expenditures using robust tracking systems to optimize budgets and prevent overruns.
* Ensure all deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards through effective Quality Assurance processes.
* Direct primary & secondary design, conduct design reviews, and collaborate with external consultants on electrical studies.
* Proven experience as a Senior Engineer similar on major energy infrastructure projects (HV/EHV substations).
* Primary design engineering experience.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering).
* CPEng or working towards it.
* Membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering body (e.g. Engineers Australia).
