About the Role
You’ll be the go‑to point of contact for our APAC customers, helping them get the most out of Teamtailor and ensuring they always leave with a smile.
You’ll troubleshoot, guide, and support users across live chat, email, and the occasional outbound call.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our global Support, Product, and Tech teams to make sure customer voices from APAC are heard loud and explicit.

What You’ll Do
Provide quick, friendly chat and email support (chat is our main source, and we work with Intercom)
