Job Responsibilities
* Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
* Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.
* Perform mental status assessments and monitor behavioral health symptoms over time.
* Provide patient education related to the treatment plan and follow-up resources as directed.
