Boilermaker – Metal Fabrication

Calibre Spraying, acquired by BOSS Engineering is a leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art spraying equipment for the Australian farming industry.
Our fabrication workshop is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricating and welding components to high standards using MIG welding techniques
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Operating workshop equipment such as band saws, press brakes, and guillotines
* Measuring, marking out, and cutting materials accurately
* Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
* Assisting with assembly and fit-up of fabricated components
* Maintaining a high standard of workshop cleanliness and safety
* Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Boilermaker with relevant trade certification
* Strong experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication
* Ability to interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
* A proactive and safety-conscious attitude
