Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to enquiries and managing leads through our sales process.
* Meeting with prospective clients, presenting single dwelling/modular home options, and providing tailored recommendations.
* Guiding customers through pricing, inclusions, and contract details with transparency.
* Managing your pipeline through CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
* Collaborating with the design and construction teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Attending industry expos, open days, and community events to generate leads and promote TMH.
Supporting the Director with insights into customer needs and market trends.
