Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed quantity take-offs to ensure accurate project estimates.
* Manage purchase orders to optimize supplier relationships and construction methods.
* Review construction drawings to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need recent experience in residential building estimating, strong knowledge of local suppliers and construction methods, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
