Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of concrete finishing, including residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques, including troweling, floating, and edging.
Interpret and follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
Ensure proper preparation of surfaces and materials before pouring.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a concrete finisher.
Proven knowledge of concrete properties, mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
