The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT and Digital Transformation,you'll lead the organisation's digital transformationstrategy while overseeing the IT Project Management Office (PMO).Your focus: ensure our investments in technology are prioritised,governed, and executed in line with strategic organisationalgoals.
You'll manage an agile team of project managers and businessanalysts, steer the digital roadmap, and ensure transformationprograms deliver measurable value from systems modernisation anddata uplift to reimagining how we work and serve.
What You'll Drive
Craft and lead digital transformation strategies that moderniseoperations, elevate user experiences, and embrace emergingtechnologies.
Champion the shift towards smarter, more integratedways of working.
Build and maintain scalable PMO frameworks and deliverymethodologies that align with best practice frameworks.
Bringstructure to complexity—ensuring visibility, accountabilityand consistency across project delivery.
Oversee project intake, prioritisation, and resource planning toensure initiatives are strategically aligned and properly scoped.Track progress, mitigate risks, and surface insights that helpexecutive leaders make confident decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with senior leaders, frontline staff, and vendorpartners to ensure transformation efforts are collaborative,business-led, and tech-enabled.
Be the bridge between vision andexecution.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and PMs.Foster a delivery culture that values curiosity, collaboration,courage and continuous improvement.
Empower people to do their bestwork through mentorship, clarity and trust.
About You
You're a strategic and delivery-focused leader with deepexperience at the intersection of technology, people and process.You bring an agile mindset, strong business acumen, and the abilityto scale capability without losing sight of what matters most,real-world impact.
You bring:
Proven experience leading digital transformation and/orenterprise PMO functions in complex environments
Strong knowledge of IT service management, project deliveryframeworks (Agile, PMBOK, ITIL, DMBOK) and enterprisearchitecture
The ability to translate business goals into clear digitalprograms and measurable initiatives
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track recordof growing capability across cross-functional teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experienceinfluencing at executive and board levels
A strategic mindset with a readiness to roll up yoursleeves and get things done
Qualifications & Checks
Degree or equivalent experience in ICT, Business Systems,or a related field
Industry certifications (e.g.
PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, DAMA,DMBOK, Microsoft or AWS) highly regarded
SA Driver's Licence, DHS Working with Children Check,and NDIS Worker Screening Check required
