We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Recruiter / Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships, open new accounts, source exceptional talent, and help us continue delivering on high-profile federal initiatives.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow existing federal government client accounts
* Proactively identify, pursue, and open new client accounts within the federal sector
* Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
* Source, screen, and place top-tier contractors across ICT, cyber, and project services
* Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with both clients and candidates
* Oversee the contractor lifecycle from onboarding to extension/renewal
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Manage relationships and processes within MSP (Managed Service Provider) frameworks, ensuring SLA compliance and effective vendor engagement
* Support system integration and fixed-price delivery engagements through resource coordination and client liaison
* Undertake back-office administrative tasks, including contract preparation, data entry, compliance checks, and timesheet management
What We're Looking For
* Proven success as a recruiter or account manager (federal government experience highly valued)
* Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, especially for ICT and security-cleared talent
* Track record of winning and developing new client accounts
* Experience managing accounts within MSP frameworks and navigating associated processes
* Familiarity with system integration and fixed-price project delivery environments
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercial acumen and confidence in negotiations
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable balancing client-facing duties with administrative responsibilities
