About The Role
We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our local care team as Personal Care Workers in the Rosebud area. You will provide personalised care and support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community.
* Assisting with personal care: Helping clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
* Domestic assistance: Support clients with light household cleaning eg. sweeping, mopping.
* Mobility support: Aiding clients in moving around their home or community, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
* Social support: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation.
You will need to be available Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm and some afternoons/weekends.
You will travel up to 30 minutes to clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana, Safety Beach.

About You
You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have:
* Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant Personal Care qualification)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
* Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
* CPR & First Aid Certificates
* A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
