About the Role

• Project Manager vacancy reporting to the Director and Operations Manager.
• Working on high‐end home construction projects up to $5m.
• Office‐based role in Mona Vale.
• Carry out site visits as required anywhere between Palm Beach and Mosman.
• Salary between $120k and $155k + super.

Duties

• Manage projects from tender to completion.
• Client, architect and other stakeholder liaison.
• Assist in the development of construction programs.
• Support Site Managers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
• Monitor and review Work Health and Safety.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years residential project management experience.
• Ability to manage residential construction projects through all stages from start to finish.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‐solving skills.
