Salary: $93,490 – $125,000 + Superannuation
* FIFO/DIDO from Perth in a 14/7 or 8/6 roster

The Role
* Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service.
* Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
* Maximise stock utilisation and maintain cost‐effective operations
* Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day‐to‐day service
The Person
* Have full working rights in Australia
* Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
* Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
* Able to pass pre‐employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
