Role Description
This is a position for experienced waitstaff in an on-site role located in Wangaratta, VIC.
The primary responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.
Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, collaborating with kitchen staff, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
The successful candidate will maintain a high level of service quality and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
2+ years Experience as a section waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant
Premium service experience is highly regarded
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Must have or able to obtain a Victorian RSA certificate
