You should have a deep understanding of government and public sector operations, with experience in evaluating government operations, programs, and policies. Your analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent client relationship abilities will be invaluable in this role.
 1. Lead fieldwork through rigorous analysis and evaluation of evidence to support the delivery of high-quality performance audits across the Queensland Public Sector.
 2. Conduct research and interview stakeholders to comprehend review topics and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
 3. Prepare engaging presentations for internal and external audiences and contribute to reports that inform clients.
 4. Collaborate on other deliverables and initiatives within the QAO, such as the forward work plan.
 5. Develop the capabilities of staff within the performance audit team by providing guidance and mentorship.
