Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back-of-house. Draft and manage staff rosters, balancing customer satisfaction and budget constraints. Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly. Optimize table floor plans and manage guest bookings. Implement measures to reduce waste and enhance profitability. Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff training. Maintain the venue's atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness and ambiance. Foster relationships with regular guests and enhance community engagement. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize costs. Oversee the beverage program and drive increased sales. About the Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within a fine dining environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
