We have an exciting leadership opportunity at McIntosh & Son, Dalby for a Workshop Supervisorto join our skilled service team.
We are looking for a candidate that has experience in a supervisory role in a service environment, enjoys being hands on and shares our value in putting our customers first and exceeding our service delivery.
McIntosh & Son offer in-house Leadership training so if you want to brush up or enhance your leadership skills, then we have the support here for you.
Role Responsibilities
* Support the Service Manager by supervising workshop staff to ensure assigned work conforms to quality, time and productivity requirements.
* Co-ordinate work.
* Provide support, direction and training as required.
* Monitor the use of materials, parts and tools to ensure staff have what they need and minimise waste and damage.
* Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
* Assist with maintenance of machinery when required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Agricultural or Heavy Diesel trade qualification
* Strong Mechanical background
* Understands how a service department operates
* Strong communication skills
* Hands-on approach
* Strong customer service ethic
* Drive and ambition to grow and develop
