The basics:
* $300K+ OTE minimum (top performers: $550K-$750K annually)
* Fully Remote
* Backed by proven systems, CRM, lending partnerships
* Client base of motivated investors, not time-wasters
The reality:
This is high-responsibility work. You're guiding people through six-figure decisions. You need to know property markets, understand lending strategies, and explain complex concepts clearly. And you need to care about getting it right—because clients who trust you refer others and come back to grow their portfolios.
