Be a key driver in optimizing business efficiency and operational excellence. You will lead two distinct but critical delivery streams: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and our Enterprise Document Management System (Onbase).
In this dual-focus role, you will balance high-velocity tactical delivery with long-term strategic planning. For the RPA team, you will manage a high-volume backlog of tactical requests, ensuring rapid delivery of fixes and automations that provide the highest value to the business. Simultaneously, for the Onbase team, you will take a strategic view to deeply understand user needs, configurations, and platform capabilities. Your goal is to build and execute a long-term roadmap that simplifies the platform, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and scalable for the future.
As a Product Owner, you will cross boundaries between development and business functions to ensure solutions meet key outcomes. You will ensure priorities are communicated effectively to your delivery teams and that stakeholders are managed with transparency.
The role
* RPA Delivery Management: Manage and prioritize a backlog of hundreds of requests for tactical fixes and process automations. rigorous value assessment to ensure the team focuses on items that deliver the highest rapid return on investment.
* Onbase Strategy & Simplification: Develop a deep understanding of the Onbase platform capabilities, current configurations, and user needs. Construct a long-term roadmap focused on simplifying the architecture and making the platform fit for purpose.
* Backlog Ownership: Maintain healthy backlogs for both streams. Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, stories, and tasks for your delivery teams.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the business and the technology teams. Manage expectations for both rapid-response fixes (RPA) and long-term strategic changes (Onbase).Agile Leadership: Engage and perform key Agile duties with your delivery teams (Stand-ups, retrospectives, planning).
* Community of Practice: Actively participate, contribute, and execute against a Community of Practice to ensure alignment across the Product Owner role in the delivery process.
* Solution Validation: Responsible for approval of features and fixes alongside the testing team and the broader business before release.
