We're looking for a talented and proactive Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our national marketing and internal communications function. This part time role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while making a real impact through hands-on design work, digital content creation, and storytelling.
What you'll be doing
* Design and execute Hanlon's national marketing and communications strategy
* Create and manage high-quality content for social media, newsletters, capability statements, and other key brand assets
* Develop and maintain visually engaging internal and external collateral including reports, tender templates, and presentations
* Deliver lead generation campaigns using downloadable resources and email marketing tools
* Manage internal and external newsletters to ensure consistent messaging and engagement
* Oversee internal communication via the Hanlon Hub intranet, supporting staff connection and culture
* Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and external partners to bring the Hanlon Group brands to life.
What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing, digital content or communications role (B2B or industrial sector preferred)
* Strong design capability and experience producing visual content, social media posts, short-form videos, and professional documents
* Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), plus WordPress and Direct Email Marketing tools
* Experience managing content calendars and posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal platforms
* Excellent communication skills – both visually and verbally – with a strong attention to detail
* Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently in a part-time, hybrid environment
* A collaborative mindset and passion for building culture and community
