About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager to lead our Disability Services division on a 12 month maternity leave contract. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with NDIS and other government-funded program requirements.
As a Client Services Manager, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery while working collaboratively with HR, Rostering, Quality Safeguarding and Practice, and Business Support and Systems Administration.
* Service Delivery: Oversee client support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements. Implement person-centred approaches to promote independence and community integration.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive culture. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development.
* Operational Management: Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to NDIS standards and legislative requirements. Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders. Facilitate feedback to enhance service delivery.
* Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Rostering, and other departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.
About You:
Essential:
* Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
* In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health or a related field.
* Experience in setting up new services and managing multiple sites.
Requirements:
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
