The Role
We are looking for an Online Tutor with a specialist background in Performance Management to support the online BSc Professional Accountancy programme. Responsibilities include:
- Providing proactive support to students via the Virtual Learning Environment.
- Marking summative assessments and delivering detailed feedback.
- Working closely with the Module Leader, Programme Director and Programme Manager.

Module Specification
Performance Management
This module teaches students accounting techniques and evaluates their strengths and limitations. It covers budgeting, planning and control, and performance evaluation to equip students with the skills to contribute to organisational strategy.

Remuneration
£2,703.00 flat fee per study session. The module is assessed by a final online exam, weighted at 100%. Tutors act as first markers and summative assessment marking is paid separately at £13.40 per exam script marked.
Candidate Profile
- Motivated individual who enjoys working with students and driving their success.
- Experience working in a Higher Education Institution.
- Accounting or related qualification at Postgraduate level.
