As our Receptionist, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our front-of-house operations. You'll be the friendly face and voice of the firm, supporting our clients, Partners, and broader team while ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and professionally. We're currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our Practice Management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and external stakeholders
* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
* Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and front‐of‐house areas to a high standard
* Coordinating meeting room set‐ups, catering, and client refreshments
* Managing mail, couriers, deliveries, and visitor registers
* Supporting the Practice Management team with ad‐hoc administrative tasks as required
