Solution Architect – Capgemini
Capgemini is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Risk and Compliance solutions, including Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Your Role
* Define and own the architecture for ServiceNow Risk and Compliance applications, including BCP.
* Develop solution frameworks, integration strategies, and technical standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational standards.
* Provide technical leadership during implementation and oversee solution quality.
* Conduct impact analysis for new features and platform upgrades.
* Mentor development teams and enforce best practices.
Your Profile
* 12+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow Risk and Compliance suite (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCP).
* Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
* Knowledge of GRC frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX) and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
