Front Office Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and manage bookings and accounts accurately.


About the Role

* This role requires a high standard of customer service, processing guest check-ins and check-outs, accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts, coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, completing day-to-day office administration, maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service
* Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
* Manage bookings and accounts accurately
* Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure seamless operations
* Supply guests with valuable information
* Perform day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and guests
