**Quality Systems Manager Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to design, implement, and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) that embeds occupational health safety and environmental management standards across our enterprise.
Job Description:
* Design, implement, and maintain an integrated QMS that meets ISO standards;
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices;
* Lead certification audit programs, including scheduling auditors, coordinating meetings, and managing audit logistics;
* Develop and conduct internal audits to verify compliance with QMS requirements;
* Define key QMS-related tasks and responsibilities for each business line and collaborate with operational leaders to embed QMS processes into daily activities;
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support training development and delivery of training programs to build organizational capability in quality, safety, and environmental management;
* Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Safety and/or Environment;
* Proven experience in building, implementing, and maintaining integrated ISO accredited quality management systems;
* Expertise in QMS frameworks and ISO standards;
* Strong knowledge of audit/assurance processes and certification requirements;
* Ability to lead audits and manage compliance programs;
* Experience in developing and delivering enterprise-wide training;
* Demonstrated experience as a people leader.
