As we expand our reach and enhance our service offerings, we are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Customer Service Officer to support our brand growth and ensure exceptional learner experiences.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Responsibilities

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote SDS Training's courses and services.
* Manage social media channels and create engaging content for digital platforms.
* Utilise CRM systems an tools to support Customer Service activities and drive marketing initiatives.
* Support the design of promotional materials, newsletters, and campaign content.
* Conduct market research to understand training needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
* Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for marketing campaigns.
* Assist with marketing for events, workshops, and learning programs.


Customer Service Responsibilities

* Respond to learner and client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
* Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, registrations, and requirements.
* Process course bookings and work with clients to support course completion and accurate learner records.
* Follow up with clients and learners to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
* Collect feedback to improve course delivery and customer experience.
* Liaise with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Requirements

* Previous experience in marketing or customer service (experience in training/education is an advantage).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
* High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
