Leading Hand Roofer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leading Hand Roofer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the completion of high-end architectural, medium-density, and commercial projects.
About the Role:
* To lead and manage a team of roofers and support staff to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
* To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
* To collaborate with the project manager to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish.
* To oversee the inspection and testing of roofing systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* To develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety within the team.
Requirements:
* A strong background in roofing and/or cladding with at least 5 years of experience as a leading hand.
* An understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
* A current White Card and Working at Heights Certification.
