The primary objective of this role is to oversee the effective and accurate delivery of payroll services.
Responsibilities
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles, including off-cycle and backpay events.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function to enhance efficiency, automation, and user experience.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice on payroll processes, entitlements, and reporting.
This position requires extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll for medium to large organisations, ideally in the not-for-profit or community sector.
Candidates should hold a tertiary qualification in Payroll, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
A strong commitment to upholding Child Safe Standards in the workplace and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
