Key Responsibilities
* Dive into opportunities to enhance key input metrics that drive brand growth and improve customer experience by collaborating with internal Amazon programs and teams.
* Support brand success by identifying and resolving issues, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating operational and catalogue management tasks.
* Showcase strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently while leveraging centralized resources and processes.
* Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the central contact for brand-related matters.
* Liaise with Category Managers, Instock, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive outcomes for assigned brands.
* Educate internal stakeholders on Amazon tools, policies, and strategic opportunities to boost brand performance.
* Collaborate to identify and execute new product selection, promotional strategies, operational efficiencies, and performance reporting.
* Lead internal planning and performance sessions and advocate for brand initiatives across functions.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess strong analytical and brand management skills. You should be able to deliver on commitments, manage workflows in a fast-paced environment, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
A tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate) in a relevant field within the last 24 months is preferred. Prior experience in Program or Product Management, Retail, Consulting, or Finance, managing multiple stakeholders or working in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Tableau) is also highly valued.
