Job Title: Electrical Inspector Role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join our team in South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of electrical installations and circuitry across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and ensure safe work practices, complying with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Develop and manage Handover Work Packs, ITPs, and FTRs.
- Maintain Electrical Worker and Calibration Registers.
- Develop Manufacturers Data Reports (MDRs).
- Interpret drawings, plans, and diagrams for electrical installations and circuitry.
- Verify red-line drawings for accuracy.
- Participate in client punch list walkdowns.
- Liaise with and report to external clients.
About You:
- Trade Certification / AQF Certificate Level 3 Electrotechnology.
- Current Electrical Licence (South Australian preferred or eligible to transfer).
- White/Blue Construction Card.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a QA/QC E&I Inspector, Electrical Supervisor, Commissioning Supervisor, Electrical Control Engineer or similar.
- Strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to meet project targets under pressure.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and commissioning schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn and apply corporate software systems.
