We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager across our offices, for a hands‐on role that combines operations, facilities and office management.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operations across our offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland). This is a hands‐on role that encompasses a combination of operations, facilities and office management for the firm. You'll be critical in ensuring the firm's operations run smoothly day to day, driving continuous improvement and developing/executing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage building management activities; including inspections, safety drills, fire warden training, repairs, security systems, relationship with building management, etc.
* Oversee operations, facilities and office management including but not limited to managing and negotiating lease arrangements, relationships with key stakeholders (i.e. building management), office repairs, security, day‐to‐day functionality of the office and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
* Lead and manage the administrative function; including managing processes and a team of office support professionals (team coordinators and reception), managing the team's performance, resourcing, supporting process development/evolution and individual career development.
* Manage the firm's travel process and key relationships.
* Manage supplier contracts, procurement processes, and operational budgets.
* Manage office fit‐outs, relocations, projects and kitchen management to support business needs.
* Contribute to health, safety, and business continuity planning to ensure a secure, safe and efficient working environment.
* Drive continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency (identifying and implementing process improvements, evolving and managing expense strategy).
* Contribute to internal operational projects as required.
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Proven leadership skills with the interest and ability to manage a team of office support professionals.
* A focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
* Expertise in facilities management, office operations, and workplace safety.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and external partners.
* Proactive, hands‐on and solutions‐driven approach, ensuring the firm's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
* Experience handling lease negotiations, office moves and operational initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* Proven office and facilities management experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and engage a team.
* In‐depth knowledge of compliance, occupational health and safety regulations, and best practices.
* Experience managing procurement, budgets, and supplier relationships.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.
