Key Responsibilities:
1. Client File Management: Open, manage, and close client files in accordance with compliance procedures.
2. Document Preparation: Draft and send out client letters, contracts, and other legal documents.
3. Liaison and Communication: Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to progress matters.
4. Searches and Documents: Order Landgate searches and lodge documents with OSR and Landgate.
